NICE KAWAI 500 Grand in very good condition.  Action is medium weighted, and plays incredibly responsive.  It has been regulated, tuned, and voiced.  Tone is not as bright as a Yamaha.  A bit warmer, but very clear, rich, and resonant.  Finish is good, with a few minor scuffs etc.  Finish is a 7.5 on a 10 scale.  Not perfect but definitely NOT an eyesore.  This would be an EXCELLENT instrument for an accomplished pianist on a budget.  A KAWAI for UNDER $5K!   Come play this one!  You'll be impressed!
