The world's finest hybrid pianos are now even better. Introducing the new Celviano Grand Hybrid GP-310 Piano. The GP-310 is the Perfect Combination of Innovation and Tradition. From the moment your hands touch the keys, the GP-310 Grand Hybrid delivers the authenticity your performance demands.

The revolutionary Natural Grand Hammer Action keyboard is made with full-length wooden concert grand piano keys, using the same materials and processes as the C. Bechstein concert grand pianos. A keypress sends a hammer along the same vertical path as a grand piano, with the same essential weighting and pivot points, resulting in a true and uncompromising piano touch.

  • A revolutionary piano experience designed in collaboration with C. Bechstein
  • Full-length Austrian spruce piano keys with a true grand piano hammer mechanism
  • Enhanced EQ options, new Harpsichord tone, new key on/off mechanical sounds
  • Enhanced touch response with wider dynamic range
  • Three of the world’s greatest grand pianos with incredibly detailed resonance and longer, more natural decay time for more sustained notes
  • Newly-upgraded six-speaker sound system
  • Elegant cabinet with satin black finish
  • New high-contrast inverted display for increased visibility

The Perfect Combination of Innovation and Tradition

For more than 40 years, Casio has pushed musical technology forward. At the same time, the piano itself has remained one of the world’s most enduring instruments, shaped by centuries of craftsmanship and tradition.

The CELVIANO Grand Hybrid GP-310 brings those two worlds together.

Designed for serious pianists who want the feel and presence of a traditional grand without the size and maintenance of one, the GP-310 combines advanced digital technology with authentic acoustic-inspired construction to create an instrument that feels remarkably familiar from the very first note.

Authenticity Begins at the First Touch

The GP-310’s Natural Grand Hammer Action Keyboard is one of its defining features.

Rather than relying on a conventional digital piano action, the GP-310 uses full-length wooden keys designed with the same type of materials and construction principles found in C. Bechstein concert grands. Each key moves a hammer vertically, closely recreating the weighting, pivot, and mechanical movement of a true grand piano action.

The result is a remarkably natural playing experience with excellent control across the entire dynamic range.

An enhanced touch-response system gives the player even greater sensitivity, especially at softer dynamics, allowing delicate phrasing and subtle expression to come through with greater precision.

Three Legendary Grand Piano Voices

The GP-310 gives you the character of three distinct concert grands in a single instrument.

Casio’s AiR Grand Sound Source includes the Berlin, Hamburg, and Vienna Grand tones, each carefully developed to capture the unique personality of a world-class piano.

The Berlin Grand was created in collaboration with C. Bechstein and delivers a refined, expressive European character. The Hamburg and Vienna voices offer their own tonal identities, giving players the freedom to choose the sound that best suits the music.

Detailed string resonance, damper resonance, mechanical sounds, and extended natural decay help each voice respond more like an acoustic instrument rather than a simple digital sample.

Grand Acoustic System

A real grand piano doesn’t project sound from a single direction, and the GP-310 is designed around that same principle.

Its six-speaker Grand Acoustic System creates a three-dimensional sound field that surrounds both the player and the room. Upward-facing speakers recreate the sense of sound rising from the instrument, while downward-facing speakers simulate the resonance normally heard from beneath the soundboard.

Larger speaker drivers and powerful built-in amplification give the GP-310 impressive depth, clarity, and presence, from rich low frequencies to detailed mids and highs.

Sound That Adapts to the Room

The GP-310’s speaker system is designed to stay balanced at different volume levels.

As volume changes, the system automatically adjusts how the individual speakers respond, helping maintain the tonal balance and clarity you would expect from a well-maintained grand piano.

Additional equalization options also provide greater flexibility for recording, performance, and educational environments. Players can choose how the internal speaker system interacts with the line and headphone outputs, or disable the speakers entirely when needed.

That makes the GP-310 equally comfortable in a home, studio, classroom, or performance setting.

Greater Pedal Expression

Pedaling plays a major role in acoustic piano expression, and the GP-310 gives the soft pedal special attention.

The improved soft-pedal response does more than simply reduce volume. It also changes the tonal character of the sound based on how strongly the keys are played while the pedal is engaged.

That allows for a more natural range of color and dynamics, giving classical and expressive players much greater control.

Expanded Instrument Voices

While the GP-310 is built first and foremost around the grand piano experience, it also includes additional instrument sounds for greater versatility.

An enhanced harpsichord tone reproduces not only the instrument’s characteristic attack, but also the subtle key-release sound that occurs when your fingers leave the keys.

It is a small detail, but one that adds significantly to the realism of the instrument.

A Display Designed to Stay Out of the Way

The GP-310 features a high-contrast display designed for easy visibility without becoming distracting.

Its inverted color layout keeps the background dark while placing the brightness primarily on the text, making settings easier to read from a wider range of angles and distances.

The display gives you the information you need while keeping the visual focus on the instrument and your performance.

A True Grand Hybrid Experience

The CELVIANO GP-310 is designed for players who want more than a conventional digital piano.

With full-length wooden keys, true grand-style hammer movement, three premium concert grand voices, a six-speaker acoustic system, advanced pedal response, and refined control over touch and tone, it delivers an experience that sits much closer to an acoustic grand than most digital instruments.

For serious students, advanced pianists, teachers, studios, churches, or homes that want the presence and response of a grand piano without the space and upkeep of one, the GP-310 offers a compelling combination of traditional craftsmanship, expressive performance, and modern technology.
